This collar is handmade with love in Finland, and this beautiful fabric is leftover material from textile retailers. There is high quality finishing and every individual collar is made with care.

The collar is made wide to secure as good ergonomics as possible.

Please dry the metal parts with a towel every time they get wet

Inside the collar there is a polypropylene strap with a class 1 OekoTex certificate that has been tensile strength tested

The 2.5 cm wide straps breaking point is 274 kg
The 4 cm wide straps breaking point is 528 kg

The D-ring (black coated / nickel plated steel) is also tensile tested

The breaking point of 2.5 cm wide is 200 kg
The breaking point of 4 cm wide is 300 kg

The buckle is black coated / nickel plated steel and is tensile tested to 200 kg

The surface fabric is cotton or a cotton blend. The exact composition of the fabric is not always known, as we use surplus from the textile industry and fabric retailers.
